No hotwater ,no tv or channel is working ..no electricity in morning...outside local food should be allowed as nobody can't eat hotel's food..no cutlery provided.

food also available at reasonable price,
staff is supportive & friendly.
walking distance from Mall road and Volvo bus stand. 👍

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone
