The manager/owner is very nice and humble. The staffs nice too and the hospitality here is really good.

Very bad experience with my family. No AC remote ,No TV connection, No water in bathroom and very poor management ,no support staff,no food or tea inside hotel.I just lost it with my family.
why others giving high rating to this hotel I don't know but my experience was worst
