I never stayed there because your people called and told me that the Property is in renovation so we will give you another property I waited for 3 hours in the rain spoke to almost 6 call centre people no one gave me a solution then later I went and stayed in another property I told your people very clearly I need a refund till now this is not done.
All your 6 customer care people will put me on hold for more than 15 min then they will tell you will get a call after I cut no one will call me til ...more

After reading the previous review on the website, I was a little skeptical about the place. Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead and book my stay here. And I am glad I did. As my experience was starkly different to that of the previous commentor. I had a pleasant stay at Live Inn Bangalore. The manager was warm and friendly, the staff was attentive and prompt. It's just a hostel or you can say pg. accommodation & location is good but poorly maintained, very poor service untrained waiters are employed who know nothing about service

Not value for money. You showned one apartmentat the time of taking money , but you given some lowest apartment. We had bitter experience in the first time itself.

It was totally nice stay experience. hotel has given proper attention towards basic amenities and cleanliness so it was very nice. food was not up to the mark, and for me hotel location was easily accessible.
