seriously one of my worst experience in kerala. hotek liwa tower worst serivices. the checkout time show in12 pm after i reached hotel liwa tower receptionist old man say check out time is 10 am..

stay was ok but they had not attended our repeated request for non supply of hot water the complimentary breakfast was just so so not done properly
