*5/5 - absolutely fantastic!* i had an incredible experience at this hotel! the location was perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was stunningly beautiful and spotlessly clean. from check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. the peaceful ambiance and gorgeous design made it the perfect retreat. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. five stars isn't enough – i'd give it ten stars if i could!

Location is very very remote. No road lights. Nothing positive we found except the beautiful structure of the resort. No room service, they will not clean your dustbins too. Rooms are full of insects. Infrastructure is very good but maintenance is zero. Service is a big zero. They offer complementary breakfast but cannot deliver breakfast before 10 AM, cannot deliver dinner before 11 PM. Infrastructure is very good but maintenance is zero. Service is a big zero. They offer complementary breakfast but cannot deliver breakfast before 10 AM, cannot deliver dinner before 11 PM. If you are going to ask when the food will be delivered, they will close the door with a big bang. These type of attitude and arrogant behaviour. They do not value their customer. first of all room bed was sofa bed and food and breakfast was poor quality. no attached washroom. behaviour of staff was rude .as a result though we booked for two nights but we checked out on 19/4 instead of 20/4.

Pros: 1.Good staff behaviour 2.Neat and clean 3.AC was not working but promptly it was serviced after calling Goibibo (within 30 minutes) 4. Complimentary Breakfast was good. 5. Super speed of the Wi-Fi at the dining and reception area Cons: 1. Size of the standard room was small. 2.Location was not good. 3.Wifi was not into the range of the standard room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Strengths 1. Very beautiful property. 2. The staff is wonderfully well behaved. Limitations 1. Very very remote. Finding this property is a challenge in itself. Even toto driver and swiggy/zomato delivery person cannot find it. It is hard to find even with the location on google maps. 2. Very understaffed. No security/person to open the gate. We had to open the gate ourself. 3. There is unpaved (kacha rasta) road leading to the property. 4. No mirrors in the rooms. Only one mirror in the bathro ...more
