this hotel basically concentrates on functions like marriage etc. no proper reception counter, no restaurant, no intercom, no service staff..but room is good.

No person at reception. Waited there for him.
No toiletries or similar items.
Restaurant wasn't functioning. Also didn't even had facility for even a tea.
Overall pathetic experience
Booked 2 rooms, and got those at 2 different places with so much distance in between.
Even though the nearby rooms were unoccupied, they weren't willing to provide them.

worst experience I have ever faced. dirty full of dusty, bed sheets, pillow cover not changed smelly uncleaned room. After a long dispute they arranged another room that was good. The caretaker who was there doesn't know how to speak and behave. His mindset is that online booking was a loss to them. Iam totally embarrassed. Waste of money. The property is far away from shops. No restaurant facility and there is no way to get hot beverages. Poor in cleaning and rooms are with bad odor. I lost my total trip because of selecting this property to stay.
It's located aside of NH and situated in a remote place.
