rooms were decent at the price pointstaff was humble and welcoming.though the manager/owner shouldn't be this adamant when a guest chooses to extend their stay. they kept calling me until the amount was paid in advance. rest everything went well.

The room smells like garbage.Washroom was totally useless, shower broken, wash basin was leaking,for which the used cello tape to hold it together, ZERO value for what I paid. I highly recommend do not visit this property. The staff is so lazy the don't even bother to check when we ask them to. And after all that when it's time to check out, is when they'll call you twice - thrice and you can't even stay extra half an hour. Very pathetic experience with Luxtay. I checked in the hotel in the midnight. After sometime, I realized the room is full of mosquitos. I got repellant only after asking them, which could have been available in the room default. White linens were almost dirty, do not know why don't they maintain them well. There was no hot water available to the hot water tap. I did not get it despite multiple requests. Complementary breakfast has no options, you have to eat sandwich with watermelon pieces only!

the room size was too tiny, staff service was good overall But I expected a larger sized room for the price paid AMD was thoroughly shocked

I stayed in the third floor of the building. No elevator and no room service. The receptionist was new and she checked in me in a room and after few hours asked me to check into another room. Unorganized. There was a bad smell coming from AC and it needs cleaning. Good for a short stay and location wise it is fine.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is tasty. Windows don't have isolation, one can hear the noises from outsite. Air condition is not working anymore. independence and spontaneous planing of travel

Very good location. Excellent price for the locations and services provided. Totally value for money. Could not try their breakfast but will definately recommend this to other travellers. The bathrooms could have been slightly better.
