You can't get anything better than this nearby beach for the price you are paying. Overall a really good stay with peaceful surroundings. Only issue is the cleanliness. There was dust deposited on wooden work and in balcony like it was not dusted for months.

nice stay with family
All staff were very humble and cooperative
specially Manager Kavita Medekar and sanjiv,
neat and clean rooms....
walking distance from candolim beach.
hardly 50 meters from main road.
just besides King's mansion.
Small but clean swimming pool.
One thing i like the most of this hotel is that there is prohibition of alcohol consumption.

The property is just a walking distance from Candolim beach. Fantastic place for couples.

nice beautiful place , rooms are better than the pictures , just 1 minute walking distance to the candolim beach , restaurants n night clubs are also walking distance , they also serve breakfast , I feel lucky that I chose this property π really worth it π
