The stay was excellent and the hospitality is very good the only point is due to the remote area you have to walk approx 200 MTRS till hotel

Location was good but private taxi can't reach there. you have to walk 10 minutes. need porter to carry luggage as you have to go down hill. food was good and tasty but not all what is written was available. service is good. view from rooms are great.

Staff Suhani and Kanika(can't remember name correctly incase) were very supportive. Food was best , Must try food in the hotel itself .Hotel rooms and housekeeping person was available whenever required. Appreciate the service.

First of all the condition of the room was not good, the locks and the door of the bathroom was not closing properly. Secondly, The used utensils and glasses was put outside in the morning and until the night nobody came to clean that up, Thirdly, I asked for a Electric iron in the morning, and until now I am still waiting for it. Fourthly, the TV display is damaged Lastly, the management and service of the hotel is not good, will not refer it to anyone.
