good location
below average quality rooms
good staff
KFC and neelam grand are near by. calangute beach is Walkable
good experience. breakfast was very substandard.

Worst experience ever in goa.. they charge for everything.. parking is not free.. first of all this is not a hotel.. these are normal apartments which they are giving for rent.. careless staff and whatever u order from their food menu will be crap, they bring food parcelled from some local hotel. Dont ever book this hotel seeing cheap price. While checking out also they show some fake things and pull money from u.. disaster..
They made us wait for 1 hour before check in.. worst experience

only one word- Pathetic
one ac for all rooms
no refrigerator- just one dummy - not working
no TV
no towel
apart from this , no water bottle
you have to go market to buy it
