lovely hotel M city. near to Amritsar railway station on exit gate. In this location hotel is very good. staff also good.

third class hotel who rated them 3.9 i doubt on rating. cleaning pathetic staff useless. rooms not maintained at all. towels 3rd graded. old used towels were as it is in room while check in we had to remove all that from room as staff not bother to do any thing. cupboard never even opened to be clean. the staff also told we clean only visible floor rest we don't do.washroom not maintained. bed sheet and pillow covers were not new it was used once with stains... tv system wiring was all maintain ...more
