tiny room, space issue to keep luggage inside,the bed is also too dirty,when i entered first time in the room there was too much dirty smell.when we ask to replace badsheet & blanket to the owner they gave only 1 tiny blanket.it's not a hotel or lodge it's a very old home.overall first time unhappy,

The room 107 was just about the bed, nothing else. Not clean, found home lizards running here & there even in winter!The common bathroom was cleaned daily but it has Indian commode, No basin.The room is poorly lit as there was a single 6 wt CFL & the single plug point was broken. Mobile charging was tough as often sparks were coming out from it has a roof top restaurant but could not find any.Paying 1100 per day for this room is never been value for money where you are not getting any basic amenities. The guest house is at a bye lane but Shivala Ghat is just 2mins walk in distance.

Room was in very worse condition and not available any basic amenities like drinking water,hand wash,clean bedsheet,mirror,pillow etc.provide room,bed in very worse condition 2 bed in place of 4 bed .

just enter the room very bad condition direct i was away from room ,ladders very slips and step 5th floor my mother not possible to go up i was within 5 minute left the guest house location also in side the street not possible to reach there
