The floor wasn't clean , no manual slit lock on the door.
The Key was not working either, so I had to use the master key.
Rest , all was ok and good.

there was work going on in the whole building and it was disturbing a lot. stuff was lying scattered everywhere. even the clothes in the room and the tv were not working.

worst experience ever, the shower area collected water and the blankets were dirty and the pillows were even more, it had sweat on it. the staff were not listening to us, we wanted to leave as soon as possible, the food was alright.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. First and foremost, the property was under construction, which was never mentioned at the time of booking. This created an incredibly unpleasant environment right from the moment I arrived. The entire place was in a state of disarray — construction materials were lying around, noise levels were unbearable, and it felt more like a worksite than a hotel meant for guests.

Totally pathetic no way to enter or park the vehicle due to renovation activity, asked for tea not available before 8am, totally unhygienic waste of money horrible experience, dirty bathroom

Hotel staff was nice but Hotel was under construction & rooms were not clean and had dust on the floor. No access to pool due to construction. AC wasn't working either . Check in and out was quick & easy. Breakfast was great
