When I reach staff not supporting quickly
Extra Charges is asking for a few minutes also staff is not supportive and but ok for one stay

One of the most terrible places I have stayed in, let me explain in points.1. Booked for three days, checked in at 6PM and they didn't bother asking until then if I was on the way.2. Pet costs 750rs extra, it is not mentioned during booking.3. Security just watched me struggle with my luggage and cat bag, just smirked as I hoped he would get up to help which he didn't.4.
