room is okay but stinking. they upgraded my stay into suite with no extra cost but the room lock was not working properly. room service phone number wasn't working, no point of contact directly to them, had to depend on their call back. kore over asked to have them a morning wake up call but they never gave a wake up call. also the check out took almost 25 mins in the morning as the guy in the reception was sleeping, had to wake him up. for this i was about to miss my train. overall an unpleasant stay, not worthy.

very bad experience with hotel management. worst breakfast experience, samber test was bad and I found conkad with idli. with 2 child and 2 adult I found 1 twin bed. which not confirtable to slip and as per hotel reception we booked hotel with 1 child and 4 adult. which not TRUE you can check in my booking. so overall I have to discussion with management with lots of issue 1. Swimming pool bad experience 2. Hotel management bad experience 3. breakfast worst experience wastege of money to stay here.

Slow room service. Basic amenities like bathroom mat, hair dryer , room slippers etc was missing. The jet was not working in the bathroom. They gave us 2small beds even after booking the deluxe package. The morning breakfast is also not upto the mark. They charged for a night and still se got this type of service. The new year party was also worse. We were feeling like we are jn some local party even after paying. Worst experience ever.
