The rooms are comfortable ,but needs renovation, tiles are slippery at times tea bags not provided in tea kit set .Restaurant tea not good at all.Bathroom not comfortable at all due to bathtub in semi suite rooms.

Spent money is not justified with the service. Specifically Manager is discussing with his team in front of customer that whether payment is done for this customer or not multiple times.

Mattres quality is very bad very uncomfortable to sleep. washroom is very bad condition jug and bucket is look very worst and dirty.

Room has only space and ..deemed environment and bathroom was pathetic for grand suite...not expecting such room in a suite facility...not to be suggested to other officials.

For the price of 2500, room was badly maintained and small. Toilet drain was clogging and room cleanliness was below average and not that well maintained. Food taste is also below average

very dirty experience, i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. the food there was very bad and expensive. room service was very bad. the staff was not cooperative

Stayed here for 2 days. Food - Tawa roti is over priced and food is not worth of money. Receptionist asking for early checkout which is very unprofessional. Service staff and restaurant staff are good and polite. Overall bad experience.
