As per description 3 star resort.But it's not even 1 star hotel.It's a very old property .On the complaint to the manager about torn curtains. damaged furniture. a foul small inside room.. manager replied I can't help u in any way.All rooms are same..it's not even worth 1000/-

Having Parking Space In Hotel.

we are not satisfied bcz hotel staff behavior rudely to us . when we reach the hotel in morning room is not ready so we go from hotel and visit to jaisalmer fort and come back in evening 6pm all are tired we told to him give key of 4 rooms for wife and children go to washroom and we (brothers) done your hotel formality like I'd proof ,form but staff anws is not give to key first fill the form. I request to him but he say we leave hotel .so please don't stay in this hotel .

one of the worst stay I had, room was very small and we stayed three people in a room and they charged half of the complete room tariff for third person, but they provided a single mattress on the name of extra bed. the staff was very very rude, they shouldn't be in hospitality businesses if they doesn't know how to speak. they gave us a used shower gel and the room was not even cleaned properly. we stayed for two days as it was a nonrefundable pre booking but they didn't even clean the room for second day.

poor experience.
they denied luggage pick up from car parking to hotel room. we ourselves had to pick it up. this was a disaster.
hotel staff was completely non-cooperative and aged.
room was not clean. dust everywhere.
flush was not working in the washroom. had to use bucket.
no hot water.
not enough parking space.
