staff behaviour was very bad after reach the hotel 25 minutes rooms was not allocate and no food available and staff not proper trained in bills generation..very very poor situation Don't go there....

It's not even a hotel, it's a marriage garden. Rooms are below average, I booked it because I needed something closer to the airport and I needed to stay only for a few hours. Don't book if you're planning a longer stay

very dirty and staff not cooperative...Only matter about when they collect money.cooler not worked i informed them,so they came and check and return Back without any solution... never recommend anyone.

I recently stayed at Mahal Palace Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and came with attached bathrooms, which were also spotless. The swimming pool was a refreshing addition, and I was impressed by how clean and inviting it was. One standout feature was the noise-free environment, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Mahal Palace Hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

It's not a hotel, it's a old damaged building. washrooms were very unclean, Receptionist was very unprofessional, bedsheets were dirty and damaged. They changed bedsheets which were also similar like unwashed. no hanger in washroom where you can keep your cloths while taking bath. they says we don't provide soap for bath, you have to go out in market and purchase by yourself.
Receptionist unprofessional, asked security money in advance which I refused and didn't gave.
