i feel I've been cheated. Hotel room was very dirty & reception staff talked very rudely. reception staff was not wear face mask.

very bad. location is good but the behavior of staff (specially the counter staff ) was very bad. they was unable to provide room on time. we waited there for 2 hrs for room. AC is not working properly. bathroom entrance is very small. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. in night they off the telephone connection. they control AC from counter. very bad experience.

it's a couple hotel or chaddar badlo hotel. Property with mosquito the stay was very bad because it took 3 hours to settle after getting room

We drove 400 km yesterday. Reached the hotel at 8.30 pm and were extremely tired so didn't request for a hotel change. This isn't even worth .../night. It's a third class hotel. - mosquitoes everywhere-felt like an ancient house -no hot water in the bathroom, and the staff didn't respond too. -the breakfast was average-the receptionist took too long to complete the process.- you'll get a clear idea after looking at the pics. hotel is situated at walking distance from Central bus stand, rooms are clean . Food served is good and staff is polite and cooperative.

Wash room drainage was choked and the water was overflowing from the bathroom and enter into the rooms due to which room was also get tidy.

Hotel management is not at all responsive. Room is also not clean.There is not any no for reception. I ordered for tea and dinner 45 mins back. But still did not receive. Not at all worth of money paid. They have not given water to drink. Facilities which is mentioned is not at all there. I do not find any difference between any common room and executive room. I feel like cheated.
