Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing.
The room service staff lacked basic etiquette and were very casual in their approach, no response to any service requests reflecting vey much poorly on the hotel's professionalism. Their charges were highly exorbitant,for being one amongst overrated hotel.
A waiter at breakfast shouts upon us asking you will have to pay for this.
The overall service quality was abysmal, with significant delays and inadequate responses to requests.
