First of all the hotel location is excellent,right in the city centre. Rooms are just just too old & need complete refresh. The bed is too old and uncomfortable. clean bathrooms but all the fittings are just one step behind falling off. A very important thing to keep in mind if you are thinking of booking rooms over here then 1/2 of the so called window rooms are facing dead concrete hotel wall! complete wow! Very bad experience , not geyser working - had to bath in cold which caused me fever , no proper lights working , no saop , towels or Intercom working properly , tap water not in appropriate condition , no proper flush working & lights not working . Spending is not at all worth it - PLEASE DO COPERATE .I want some amount to get refund because from my side & my family this hotel deserves 2/10 .

room service is very much delayed. i ordered for a single cup of tea at 9 am and they delive it by 10:15 am. no value for time . a c not working properly. told twice but no response again. room is ok. but service part is worst .

3 times changed room than with help of goibibo team got upgraded room however that also was dull mainly washroom was dirty and flush was not working..
