room was stinking when we entered, there was frequent power cut, expensive for 4500 we paid , overall average stay

The whole cottage H102 wall was full of TERMITE, after 4, 5 hours only they start coming out of the wall and roaming on our clothes. we had to leave our clothes there only and also we ran out of the cottage by 8pm on the same day evening..and booked another Hotel for night stay. The manager told me that he will return money. I have not received money yet.

I think I have made a blunder by booking this resort.Waste of money...not even providing properly electricity fitted room..one light was not working.No door mats was given..if we switch on AC, water is dropping on the bed...No food is available on cottages. It is neither resort nor good hotel..these r wooden cottages...only best thing is here is access to beach .....I don't think so it is good for family kind of stay...

Right on the beach, best food in the town.. Property Manager Vignesh was always ready to help. Will highly recommend this resort.

Best location to stay, staff is very helpful. Wooden huts are bit small so not enough space to keep luggage for two however delux rooms are very spacious. Rooms were relatively clean, but thier were few insects around hence -1 in the rating, otherwise location,staff,food,beach everything is spot on and I think best option on this beach....

One of the best at Arambol coast.
1 - the brilliant Owner. A Benevolent guy who is always ready to help in everything, either in the city or in the hotel. All my requests [to buy SIM, to upgrade a room etc] were addressed immediately and for free. No tensions at all, always smiles… A good man can’t offer bad service)

I visited this resort for my business requirement, decent resort and services was okay. Food was nice nothing exceptional and there was no parking facility however it was near to the beaches.
