rooms were not properly maintained
door main lock was broken plaster coming out of the wall terrace glass railing was also broken overall this hotel needs makeover and maintainence

Breathtaking views from Balcony.
This hotel is really in a wonderful location.
Food quality is also great.
The staff is really helpful and the hotel atmosphere was also great.
Lift is available for easy convenience.

Very bad experience.Dirty bed sheets and blankets.Staff itself said that all bedsheets have that condition.Very small room size.Not recommendable at all.

Hotel location is too good. Bang on mall road. The issue I faced was poor wifi connectivity, it took 2 hours but staff helped me in resolving the issue.
Note- I did not order any food from the hotel. Review is only for the stay

it was the good place to stay and enjoy the heights of mountains and the views.
from the balcony the view was good but monkeys were coming because of tree near to hotel. rooms was spacious and all amenities was good. the room on mall road so you can enjoy the mall road scene by walking in morning and night there is no need to pay anything. only food was costly as compared to quantity of food. other than food all good. we enjoyed the trip with the hotel

experience was ok not bad a hotel with 3 star rating and at the price of 4000 approx i expect better as provided ...not so vow as i have experienced in other stays ...shampoos and soaps in bathrooms are filled in dispensers not knowing which brand are they providing ..room was not prepared well when we reached there ...slippers they provided are of worst quality in little water only they are slipping like anything ...my daughter was about to fall...all furniture in room was very very old ...i th ...more
