Vistied with family for one night stay. Had a really good time there. Property has lots of option to engage the children.

in the name of luxury room this is given with charge of entire room was smelling of dampness, loads of mosquitoes, bathroom is in worst condition, wall mirror not washed for ages, wc that too not cleaned. stained curtains, all in all depressing enviorment. not at all satisfyed with the stay. had heard good review but it all fell flat. had to pay extra for the upgradation of the room. 👎👎👎

nice resort at the heart of igatpuri. they have good players area. they keep us occupied with games like housie. dj is there at night . good restaurant. over all a good place for family and friends

The overall scenic beauty of the property is very good. Service is average. Breakfast quality can improve a lot. Even the table and chairs at breakfast place need renovation. Frequent electricity cuts. One night the electricity was gone for half an hour around 4am. On calling the reception, they took time to figure out it had tripped somewhere outside. In general, if service improves, can become a good recommendation.

We are having dinner in restuarant and men sitting there had made my wife and me so uncomfortable. Thanks to team and local people whom they are scared off . Thank you team for not standing

clean and beautiful environment.... hotel staff is polite ..rooms are clean and well maintained...food quantity is good ... pleasant atmosphere in the resort enjoyed 🙂
