but the rooms were not upto the mark. they were overpriced. they charge like any other 4 star or 5star hotel. but the amenities and facilities are zero.

The overall experience was okay. The petting zoo is the highlight of the stay, the only experience that made our stay worth the price we paid.
The service is okay. The restaurant is over priced. All the food dishes starts from ₹700 but the quality n quantity is poor. We ordered chicken fried rice and no sauce was given, you have yo ask for every lil thing. We ordered potato wedges, again no tomato ketchup, when we asked for it, they did give us but the ketchup was watery. The server was chewing ...more

Rooms were very dirty and stinking very badly. Washroom was also not hyegenic. Very worst experience for stay here. Hotels are charging very hefty amount for such unhygenic rooms.

Had an enjoyable stay at Manas Resort with Petting Zoo, Igatpuri. Good food. Good rooms. Had fun in swimming pool. Played with birds and variety of breeds of dogs. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Rooms are not maintained and there were frequent power cuts. The water flow from the shower was slow. The only great thing was 2 hrs spent with animals in the morning and evening. Food taste was average

The overall experience was good just because of the petting zoo. We had booked mountain view superior rooms, which was the farthest and in the basement, there was absolutely no mountain view from the room, just a gallery! The property was quite big with lots of open space as well as kids play area. They have placed tables across the pool side but refused to serve anything there. You can only eat in the restaurant. The food was great, both in taste and spread. Better to book beforehand as the ala carte price was on the expensive side. Overall a nice stay, but could have been better.
