Resort is old but spacious and pool size is small , construction work is going on near river so river access is unavailable but after renovation it could be a great location . This resort is average resort neither highly recommended nor less recommended.

Resort was good. Location was also quite good but food was average. Useful amenities was missing in club cottage and service was very slow .

1) This property has got nothing to do with Mannu Maharani chain.
Only thing good about the Resort is its Location....rest is history...to sum up..
Polite Staff, but very very lazy service...
Stayed for 2 Days. On the day of checkin asked room service to clear the plates, after taking Dinner....The day I checked out the plates were still there..after repeatedly calling Reception and room service no one bothered to clear the plates... This hotel is complete in all respects particularly in terms of hospitality, food quality, ambience, cleaning, amenities etc. I found it suitable for family and kids. Kids playing area is too large. My kids enjoyed a lot at this place. Also, Kosi river is just back to the hotel and you can enjoy the fresh running water with good ambience.
Swimming pool is the main attraction for the kids. live music was brilliant and serving tea in the evening was a new concept.

Overall the stay was good. The resort has nice green lawns with play ares for children, nice swimming pool and activity area. Restaurant area is nice with outdoor verandah to enjoy food in open air. Food was nice. Staff is nice and cordial especially vinita at front desk and manager gurpratap. ππ»

They should lights in their rooms specially deluxe because there are no proper lights and cleaning should be better.Otherwise overall property, staff service, Safety, Location view specially restaurant view , everything is excellent

This property is an ageing queen past its prime.
Has good reputation, location and staff is nice. But the rooms are not adequately maintained, there were issues with washrooms, ageing feel to the rooms which showed low maintenance by owners.
Another challenge is that they do not have room service for F&B so you can't even order tea, no A La Carte restaurant and only buffet.
You might find some newer properties at this price!

View of the mountain & the river from the restaurant is the USP of this resort.Moreover,lush green lawns/gardens around which the rooms & the cottages are situated also are worth watching.
