Hotel staff unfriendly as I went in manali in a peak time they don't want to hear anything tooth kit in bathroom as well as no towel .

We were 3 families and this is our worst experience. Poor staff and service.
Staff was extremely extremely Rude.
Think twice before booking this hotel.

The worst hospitality i have ever seen in my entire life...No heaters available, Smelly and tear blankets, and about food , food is only available what they want for buffet.. you cant order alacarte even they have menu... and if u ordered any thing they take ur order but it will never delivered to you...
The best part is GM of the hotel mr. Vivek sharma.. he has a slogan kaam se daro nai kaam ko karo nai... he said sir we get our salary on time why we need to take care of guest.. naam kharab h ...more

Hotel location is very good and staff behavior was good but only one negative point is it's Food. Food of this hotel was not good in taste and not prepared in good manner due to lack of experience of cook.
Otherwise hotel is good for accommodation

As per the price the hotel is not up to mark. My washroom flush and hand flush was not work. They didn't provide the complimentary water bottle they didn't provide electric kettle in room no and the bedsheet was not clean.

There was no electricity till 5PM. Heater was chargeable. No hot water. Food was not good.
