    Actually I want to give negative star to Mapple Leaf Beach Resort. pots were full waste was not getting clear. No hot water, manager was rude. what you seen in photo property is way bad than it. All drunken people are there including staff and manager not safe for family. Over all Very Very bad .

    Having very worst experience in this hotel and Responses are gotten only if we asked... Short rooms and small TV, and even not working.. Spent times about an hour in changing room itself, but still that room AC is not working.. Lethargic response from staffs especially Manager.. Not speaking much

    Apart from Location , nothing specific to mention good for them... They dint harm in any means .. but apart from bed we dint find any towel,bath kit there... This should be taken care by them .

    this hotel is not good for family. Dubble rooms are too congested. No staff for guests. Swimming pool was not clean. There were no adjustment for food or there were no restaurant In property. Rooms are not maintain and clean. Overall very uncomfortable stay.

    Resort was okay not so great. Room service was not good, staffs were decent. The room was not so great, swimming pool was nice. I had a complimentary breakfast but they don't know. So after that I told to provide then they serve the complementary breakfast. Overall not a satisfying experience.

    Actually I reserved two rooms in a hotel near Pondicherry bus stand expecting to visit all the tourist attractions easily. But to my wonder the room was "successfully cancelled" automatically when I was on the way to Pondicherry. After some arguments, reserved two rooms in a hotel far away from Pondicherry bus stand. That is how I was forced to stay in this hotel and I had to pay more than Rs.2500 for the taxi I hired for the travel from the city to hotel and back. Also since all the attractions ...more

    very dirty bed sheet and towels provided , stinking washrooms. very salty water . broken toilet seat .no tissues provided. very small room.no value for money. no food and beverage service in the hotel.
