good and clean rooms. staff is polite and responds quick. Food is excellent but the Restaurant is 5 minutes away. we reached late at Ratnagiri but the Restaurant staff served us food as per our order and was found to polite. I recommend all to stay here during their travel. My parents who are senior citizens had a comfortable stay.

Good Ambience, Clean and hygienic Rooms, Hotel is on Main road, Supportive Staff. Good food also gives discounts on dinner.

it is not a great hotel , unclean beddings
lack of basic amenities , shower doesn't work with hot water
overall, though we booked a suite room , the upkeep was not up to the mark, and stay was not that enjoyable

Hotel location is a bit away from the city. Hotel doesn't have in house kitchan but they provide food in room from nearby restaurant which is good in quality. No snacks items available in menu card, mostly main corse available. Breakfast is served with extra cost and not prepared inhouse.Very less food options available nearby.Rooms are very neat and clean and hygiene is maintained well. Bathroom floor remains wet always. The best part is the counter executives. The lady always attends you with a smile and respect. All staff members are well behaved and supportive.
