Pantry facilities need to be added. Room heater and electric kettle and sundry sachets for making tea / coffee at rooms would be useful.
Break fast service is not good, needs improvisation.

The room was very oldish an minimal, bathroom awful. Outside the room a bit dirty. Hot water in my room came out only from the sink tap. In my friend's room no hot water. The guy working there was kind but not capable to work in a guest house. One of my worst experience
