Central reservation(CRO) department is very unorganised and they themselves not aware about vacancies in their hotel. Different pricing and rooms under same plan for the same group of travellers

hotel is at prime location and at heart of the town. having good parking space . all the staff is very humble and polite and hospitality is excellent. food is also very good and well spread breakfast .
