Lot of dust in the room, not maintaining proper hygiene like before. Breakfast is limited to bread omelette, no other option available. Totally waste of money.

worst place at Panjim near to casino.
- No service
- Cockroach in room
- No water bottle
- Damaged basin
- damage bad
- half working ac
- No manager there
- Breakfast is very cheap
- It's only two floor house.
Don't believe on filtered photo on internet. Happy Journey

I prefer to give only one star ⭐ because of the location. it's in the center of fontainhas.
Rest all is not great. The hotel didn't provide basic amenities. I had booked a room for a couple but I got two separate beds without blankets. The ceiling fan was not functional, the room had only a TV without any connection, no towels were provided, no toiletries.
Rooms were really small with 0 hygiene. As per the attached photo, cockroaches were in the room. No power backup. we were almost 2 hours w ...more

Very pathetic not even 1 star , they don't have anything, drinking water, man for luggage, spoon , no early breakfast, very small congested room , i have booked for four people , Don't ever go to this palace, caretaker is very rude, no lights in staircase, Very bad experience, if u have children than don't go only,
