We had a comfortable stay. The staff was mostly courteous But the service is slow And sometimes they forgot to do things and you need to keep reminding them. The food buffet option is really good But again the service is slow and you need to constantly remind the staff that you ordered something from the live counter I guess they are understaffed . I expected the best service from JW Marriot but they are kinda laid back . They even gave me a bill for the buffet even though it was included in my package so I guess they need to be more aware or I guess they are overwhelmed .

The place is a Business Apartment. I can work cook n even party inside the Room. Very spacious and appealing. Breakfast was great. Internet is Good. Service is Amazing. Although Oak Lounge lacked hospitability part for Marriott Guests , it's still worth a visit.
