one of the best places ever to stay in goa.. for work, holiday or with family.. the best place. nice welcoming staff and the rooms are very cosy and comfortable. bathroom is clean with good amenities. huge swimming pool.. buffet breakfast in the morning.. it's a complete package. will surely recommend to all.

If you are planning your stay in South Goa in a calm, quite and within nature then this is the place. Affordable, Nice location and accessible. Rooms are lil small but good for 2 adult and 1kid, services are top notch 5/5. We stayed their for 2 days and room services was best. They provides complimentary breakfast, it has limited menu however breakfast is super tasty.

There are not many options for breakfast. and if they have less booking you will get hardly 2 to 3 items in breakfast. if you will get under 4k than value for money
