The location is beautiful and the hotel is also great. The food was good and we really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean and the staff was also helpful however, the hotel is relatively new so when times goes by the service quality also decreases so please maintain the level of quality you guys provide so you have more and more happy customers. Definitely looking forward for my next visit.

Rooms are neat and clean. Room service and food quality need improvement. The breakfast buffet menu is also limited. same food everyday. On request they provided Chocos for kids. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Worst hotel experience, this is not a hotel its a homestay, hotel is managed by 3 employees who are very rude to customers once you pay you are their slaves.Each and every customer during our stay was not happy they were literally begging for normal things.Kitchen was worst, no chef there just the house keeping staff makes food which are at most times not cooked properly.I would suggest each and everyone to go this property only if you want to waste your time, money and experience.IF THE OWNER O ...more

Perfect stay, away from the noise, yet situated close to mall road and to just 3 mins drive from cafe 1947. Neat and clean , spacious rooms. Great scenic view from room and great food. Special thanks to Narender ji . Very humble staff

The stay was amazing. Narender g and Nitin g have been a great host and have given a great hospitality. The location was truly awesome far away from the chaos of main Manali.
