breakfast not ready as given in menu... because milk not avilable.... toilet very dirty.... bathtub broken.... webs present in bathroom... bathroom ceiling falling...

Very bad reception. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake. The rooms are too very shabby and the a.c does not works too. Very isolated from the main market area. If you want something you will have to walk 3-4 Kms minimum.

According to the location, the apartment and service was not good at all. Worst ever experience. The suites should improve on their hospitality.

It was nice stay clean and comfortable room with all basic amenities. The gues house is located in area which has beautiful bungalows. Its a km inside the main road so you need to walk outside to ge an auto or call an uber or ola.
