This is one of the bad experiences in a hotel that charged approx 2k for a day. 1- they have a TV but not a remote, we asked 4 to 5 times but didn't get 2- they have a telephone but are not connected, I also asked to change it but they don't have one.3- they don't have soundproof doors, and you can hear anyone's steps who is walking around your room now suppose someone is laughing or talking in the corridor and you are with your partner, basically it is horrible 4- I asked for a chai at 7 pm and ...more

the services of our very very poor and very disappointing.on arrival the room was very dirty smelling stinking also the geyser was not working despite several requests the staff didn't even bother. The whole time we have to use cold water in this winter season. very pathetic services not recommended for others to come.

hotel is good , but I have faced very bad situation.
