Service can be improved. Rooms are overall clean but curtains are not clean. Walls have cracks. Maintenance seems low. Overall okay but not so great. Scope for improvement.

Best service received. Room were neat and clean. Reception is very helpful and caring. Overall the resort ambiance is great. Had a great quality time spend at Lake view Point.

This is my 3rd trip to Mayem. The resort is good, clean. Service is good. Good food available in their restaurant. The location is too good. Away from city environment. Lot of greenery.
I will suggest people to come and relax here.
Suggestion for the resort:
The bath towels can be Light weight turkish or cotton.
Internal painting is required.
Door latches not working properly. Requires brass material latches.

bungee jumping and cycling boat location is directly in front of the hotel, should be a 15 min walk, boat riding is at around 200rs for 45 mins on the lake, you can take it anywhere except near the bungee jumping location. and, bungee jumping is around
