room was tiny.... boothroom also small
behaviour of staff not good
but in mayfair one good point is their breakfast....that is value for money
chair is not available in every room
there is stain in bed sheet

very bad behaviour of hotel receptionist. for check in we have to wait 1 hour but in the time of check out we said can we stay 10mins extra but they said no and talked in a very rude way.

The receptionist of the Hotel is having an attitude problem. he is not co-operating at all. Food quality is also not good, it's very spicy. Room is good, AC is working good.

Service was brilliant. Right from the check in process to the food everything was perfect. You should definitely try the food here, it's refreshingly tasty.
