Wonderful experience, Incredible Team,
Every single team member at this hotel goes above and beyond to make a guest smile. Every interaction with the staff revealed their sincerity, humility, warmth, and affinity.
Every time we entered the lobby, we were greeted by smiling faces and immense respect, and it humbled us. The hotel seemed to be full, and the front desk was always busy, but every team member at the front desk was always eager to help, with a smile on their faces. Every request, even from the room, resulted in quick action, and all of them were so very courteous and polite.
