no kettles for tea & coffee. we ordered morning tea but they served the tea after 45 min in steel cup, totally unprofessional. no toiletries, no shampoo, no soap. ask for water bottle & towel for 5 times. no parking at all. totally horrible service & hotel.

room was clean but washroom was smelling bad because of doves, faucet was not working, hot water was not coming in tap. room service people dint visit when i asked them to come. lift as not working sometimes.

Hotel is clean, ok for the rate. but but... the hotel staff were rude and unsupportive & uncooperative. the staff owner were upset as It was booked and the stay was extended for an additional day.

Location of the Hotel is within the city so it's easy to go anywhere. Cleanliness is up to the mark and food is delicious too.
