I am writing review
based on my experience last hurribble night
1. They allocated out house instead of inside hotel by paid as per rules and 2+1 kid
2. no food quality in raste not worthy & no food proper in this forest side .. don't have any option and very very costly. even drink water also not available
3. no power no water, entire night slept with fear in rain and it's sound of iron roof sheet water sound for paid huge amount
4. they May consider who had own car v& providing the very go ...more

dome concept was good.
but it needs maintainence inside..few areas plasters have started comig off
night room service needs to be improved..response very very slow..sometime no reponse
location is very good..well maintained outside..
food ok.can improve

The stay was good but since its a new hotel there was power cuts and also the hot water was not regularly available due yo power failure. Overall a great place to stay but google maps location was pointing to wrong place. The hotel is really great but doesnt have thay premium feel as the name says may be once work is completed probably may improve. The Dome rooms are really a nice experience but it's not ready yet. Location and the Karnataka horticulture park is a great add on and this place has lot of space for parking and for family to walk around the hotel during evening times.

the room was spacious and neat. beautiful & calm surrounding. hotel staff behavior was great. since it is very new and already has a restaurant within 500 meter of its own, with time room service should be introduced for meals. tea and hot water was provided whenever we asked for it. overall great and memorable experience.
