we enter the room floor was dirty ,ac is licking water almost 1hr take to repair, most horrible thing is checkout time 2 staff came for money ,hotel should stop this kind of things ,only good thing is breakfast is excellent ,

1. AC remote control not working properly,2. Ceiling fan regulator not working3. In the bathroom so many taps are not working and some are broken4. Only one door mat is in front of bathroom but no mat for the bed5. If there was a basin outside of the bathroom then we don't have to wait so much time for face wash or brush or some other small needs

staff behaviour was cooperating , hustle free check in and check out.Hotel was near new digha sea beach around 5mins only.

This place has extremely poor hospitality. While the location is convenient, being close to New Digha Beach, the cleanliness is appalling. The linens are filthy, with a strong odor and visible fungus on the pillows and curtains. The blankets and pillows smell awful, and the rooms are damp and musty.
Additionally, their checkout policy is unreasonably strict. The checkout time is 9:30 AM, and even if you're just a couple of minutes late, staff rush to your room to push you out. The service has d ...more
