I did not like the way of speaking of both the staff and the manager. They asked for extra charge without any reason. My room was booked for winning, the same extra charge was taken without any reason and when I complained. that they are making excusesI booked the hotel at night and I went inside the hotel around 8:00 pm and showed all my details at the counter.
