the room and washroom were clean. the care taker and the owner were helpful. but the washroom bulb wasn't working. the additional cot and bedsheet provided were very old, torn and rough. the locks of the main door as well as the door of washroom were not in great condition as well.

Good property in centre on Matheran. All places are on walking distance from here.
There is no restraunt in bunglow but lots of option just outside.
completely worth.

Pathetic room service. There was no reception or office or intercom and for every small thing, we had to go the neighbouring hotel and request the care taker(like extra mattress, bedsheet, blanket, pillow, mug etc) Very unfriendly approach as if they don't need any customer. Only the exteriors have been decorated well to attract customers.
