my stay at menino as very good. supportive staff, daily cleaning done, rooms were neat and well maintained, though the construction was little old.

my stay at menino as very good. supportive staff, daily cleaning done, rooms were neat and well maintained, though the construction was little old.

bathroom ventilators need to check it.. from the other side at night time inside the bathroom will be visible. poor maintenance

the reception was dull. no lights in passage. boaring room bedsheets below average and pathetic condition of pillows with extremely bad room service. not so tasty breakfast with limited choice of only 2) showing swimming pool which is not there😡😠😤

AT THE POINT OF REACHING, RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT READY TO SHOW THE ROOM. AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT, HE SHOW THE ROOM BUT NOT EXECUTIVE IT WAS DOUBLE BED AC ROOM. WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM HE DENIED. AFTER THAT HE CALLED HIS OWNER. SHE CAME AND SHOWN THE EXECUTIVE ROOM AFTER LOT OF ARGUMENTS. SO THE HOTEL STAFF AS WELL OWER HERSELF IS NOT BEHAVING PROPERLY.
