was allotted room 206. the hotel did not have any lift. room service was not good. complimentary breakfast was good but took a lot of time to come. room condition was ok, but ac remote not working, no bathroom latch, bathroom leaked, location not that good as rickshaw drivers did not knew the hotel location, lot of dust around the area due to construction activity. would recommend but just for a day without much expectation.

Worst hotel stay I ever had... bad linens were bad ...looked not washed for ages..mosquitos in the room. ..to top it all the staff behaviour..the receptionist who is a guy claims to have an experience of 15 years.. he couldn't learn courtesy and empathy all these years...I asked for 1 hour extension as i had to attend a meeting, he didnt allow... he was the rudest person I have ever cone across

Not so good, TV was not properly working, there were sound from AC (old AC machine), table is very small 2 people cannot have food. Moreover Manger behaviour was not at all good.

Bathroom is transparent, it should not be.
Cleaning is not proper, unclean toilet seat, broken jet spray stand.
No supply of toiletries available.

We reached the late night at the place and by mistake I ordered a room for Day Check-in time. Fortunately the staff members allocated a room for us on an immediate basis. Thank you for the great service provided late at night
