Professional behaviour and a humble staff. The food was delicious and the quantity was good. They accommodated us due to our early arrival without a fuss. Recommended.

The hotel experience was very disappointing. The room amenities were extremely dirty. You can see in my photos the dirty hot water kettle with mould inside, as well as the condition of the glass and shower head.

Please re-check the cleanliness of blankets and bedsheets. I picked royal executive room inspite of that room is not clean that much... And amenities like freezer is not working and ac is also not cooling the zone. With this much price, they should maintain these thing

Breakfast need to be improved. Atleast fresh juice or detox water can be added. There is a lack of customer pro approach. Whatever you need it , you have to ask, neither they will check not they will reply.
