wonderful experience and good view point. the drive to the hill station in the evening fog was an unforgettable experience. the staff are really courteous and helpful. the only suggestion is the staff can show more confidence and like any 5 star hotel and the experience would match any hifi hotel and you call pull the crowd to your hotel
