The hotel is near and clean. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The hotel location is great, it's in the middle of the shopping complex which makes it easy to reach from the bus stand or railway station.

it was good but they dont provide hot kettle and some basic things.there were cockroaches all around.it is a safe place to stay but they have to make the rooms better

Bad facilities with poor service response . Hotel is located in good sector but there is no upgrade of the hotel as well as the service staff .

Room was nice- but we have a bad experience of washroom- where the water water was not draining out- the whole washroom was full of water and then we complained and they resolve the issue- but we face this problem- also Ac was not in a proper condition- Water was coming out from the side of the ac. Not a good experience
